Available options
PR1 sunrise transfers are ideal if you want to reach Pico do Arieiro early, enjoy the morning in the mountains and continue with your walk without having to leave a car at the trailhead.
For other hikes and levada walks, one-way transfers can be arranged when you simply need transport from your accommodation to the start of the trail.
Drop-off and return pickup can also be organised for routes where the start and finish are in different places.
Pickup can usually be arranged from your accommodation or another convenient meeting point, depending on the route. We’ll help work out the most practical arrangement for your walk.

- Your driver takes you to the trailhead and, when arranged, collects you from the finishing point.

This is a transport service only and does not include a hiking guide or supervision on the trail.
Drop-off and pickup points depend on road access and the route you are walking, so we’ll confirm the practical arrangements with you beforehand.
Trail access can change because of weather, maintenance or local restrictions, so it is important to check the current status of your route before setting out.
If you have arranged a return pickup and expect to finish earlier or later than planned, contact us as soon as possible.
The final price depends on the route, pickup location, group size and transfer arrangement.
