Available options
A private full-day tour gives you the most freedom to explore Madeira at your own pace, with the route shaped around the scenery, places and experiences that interest you.
You might spend the day between mountains, viewpoints, villages and the coast, or focus more closely on one part of the island. Stops and timings can be adjusted as the day unfolds.
If you would rather follow a more established route, classic West, East and Southwest itineraries are also available.
Shorter private tours can also be arranged when you do not want to commit a full day.
How we'll help you choose
Tell us when you would like to go, who is travelling and the kind of places you would most like to see.
We’ll help you shape the day around your interests, whether that means dramatic scenery, villages, local food, short walks, viewpoints or simply seeing Madeira without feeling rushed.
If you are not sure where to start, we can suggest a route that gives you a good mix of the island and adjust it around the time you have available.
Pickup & meeting
Pickup can usually be arranged from your accommodation, depending on the tour and where you are staying.
We’ll confirm the exact collection time and location with you beforehand.
At the end of the tour, you’ll normally be returned to your accommodation or another agreed location.
